How Tastings and Classes work

Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, I have been conducting virtual tastings and educational food classes. The food industry experienced a significant market shift during this time, prompting the hospitality sector to swiftly adapt to the new circumstances. Initially, these classes focused on cheese and wine. They lasted for 1.5 hours and were conducted live or recorded, allowing participants and businesses from across the nation to join me via Zoom. Carefully curated boxes of food were shipped to the participants in advance. I hosted both public and private events, where I shared insights on food production processes, techniques utilized, and the artisans behind these culinary creations. Over time, my repertoire expanded to include diverse classes such as handmade pasta, flavor balancing in home kitchens, unconventional food pairings, cooking for allergies, and exploring unique cultural cuisines from around the world. With the easing of restrictions, I am now offering these classes in person.

If you are interested in hosting an event for team-building purposes or simply wish to enjoy it with friends and family at your home, you can schedule a call with me through my Calendly or submit a request using the form on this page. I will provide you with examples of previous classes, discuss the associated costs, and we can begin planning the event.
